How long does the assessment take?

The scan itself takes around 10 minutes. If you decide to proceed to custom insoles, the full appointment is around 20 minutes — and you walk out with your insoles the same day.

When will I get my custom insoles?

Same appointment. Your insoles are made on-site while you're with us, so you walk out the door wearing them. No posting, no waiting.

Is this a medical diagnosis?

No. This is a wellness and screening assessment that supports osteopathic care. It is not a medical diagnostic procedure. Findings are interpreted alongside in-person clinical assessment by your clinician. For medical concerns, always consult your GP.

What if I don't need insoles?

That's a possible outcome — and it's useful to know. If insoles are not the right answer, we will tell you and recommend what is, whether that's osteopathy, rehab, or simply better footwear.

Can I just have the scan without insoles?

Yes. Yes — a standalone wellness assessment is available for £25, including the full scan and a detailed report. The £25 is credited towards your insoles if you choose to proceed.
